Our beginnings actually go back to the early 1950s as a transport/haulage company. We used to buy military trucks to carry loads up and down the UK. We even sold the trucks we bought for our own use. Returning to the army auctions to buy more, the potential in bidding for other lots (furniture, clothing, radio equipment etc) was realised and so became the company we are today.
From 1956 until 1995 we traded out of Oxford city centre. We relocated to Botley, West Oxford in 1995 and now 20 years later we can be found in our new home in the village of Eynsham (between Oxford & Witney) Our new showroom offers more space and light so that you can stand back and inspect our wide range of new, used and vintage military surplus.
Military surplus clothing and equipment still represents excellent value for money.
Build quality is second to none. There probably isn't a single walk of life that hasn't been touched by a combat jacket, a pair of camouflage trousers or a piece of headwear.
From a bricklayer to Rock Star your humble bit of second hand "Army Surplus" has a home. Radiohead's Thom Yorke buys his German army combat boots from us. Although this was our core business we have evolved over the years.
These days we also supply new and used office furniture, we design, fabricate and install Mezzanine floors and storage/racking systems. We can also offer small and large scale storage solutions in West Oxfordshire at extremely competitive rates.
